Be a part of the solution for the healthcare workforce.
Healthcare job openings are at an all-time high, which is resulting in longer wait times. Those in need of immediate care being forced to seek care miles away from their hometown and higher costs for both providers and consumers.
Our local hospitals, nursing homes, hospice providers, assisted living facilities, and other healthcare entities need better access to a stable, quality workforce. Join us in recruiting and training our healthcare heroes and retaining their expertise in our community's workforce.
Your investment will help the Healthcare Workforce Training Institute, a non-profit 501(c)(3) organization:
- hire more instructors
- add classes
- serve additional communities
- implement hybrid / virtual learning
- remove financial barriers for our students
- increase its graduation rate
- decrease the caregiver vacancy rate
The Healthcare Workforce Training Institute (Institute) is actively working to promote careers in healthcare, provide accessible and affordable educational options, and connect students with the nursing career ladder, as well as local employment options.
Your financial donation will make a lasting impact in the lives of so many - our students and those in need of their care.
Investor opportunities may include:
- a link on our Institute website to your company website (i.e. job openings or services)
- your promotional material in front of our students
- recognition in Institute promotions (i.e. social media, press releases)
- the Institute hosting classes at your business personalized for your employees / clients
Contact the Institute. Ask questions, and let us know what's important to you in order to secure your investment in the Institute. We look forward to partnering with you.
