- Multiple locations. Nurse educators instruct classes year-round in multiple communities, including Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Frederic, Osseo, and Rice Lake. We may be able to offer classes in other communities as well — Amery, Augusta, Barron, Black River Falls, Bloomer, Chetek, Cumberland, Durand, Hayward, Ladysmith, Menomonie, Mondovi, Neillsville, Turtle Lake, Spooner, Superior, and Whitehall to name a few. Afternoon Hybrid Course = 30 hours online, instructor-led learning + 30 hours in-person.
Online Learning: 1 PM-4 PM - October 5, 6, 7, 8, 12, 19, 20, 21, 22, and 26; In-person Learning: 8 AM-4 PM in Lodi - October 14-15 and 28-29. Hospice CNA is done upon graduation from class. Skilled Nursing CNA has 40 hours on-the-floor training at facility where employed; followed by on-site certification testing by HWTI.
