- Multiple locations. Nurse educators instruct classes year-round in multiple communities, including Bloomer, Chippewa Falls, Eau Claire, Frederic, Osseo, and Rice Lake. We may be able to offer classes in other communities as well — Amery, Augusta, Barron, Black River Falls, Bloomer, Chetek, Cumberland, Durand, Hayward, Ladysmith, Menomonie, Mondovi, Neillsville, Turtle Lake, Spooner, Superior, and Whitehall to name a few. Independent Hospice House CNA training is completed at the end of the in-person class. Skilled Nursing Facility CNA training: requires additional 40 hours of on-the-job oversite and testing at the facility where employed.
